I grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
I earned a B.A. from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and received my D.D.S. degree (Doctor of Dental Surgery) in 2015 from the Indiana University School of Dentistry.
I have been practicing dentistry for six-plus years.
I have practiced dentistry in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
I chose to work in Cleveland because it is close to my family, I like the Metroparks, and I love to be close to Lake Erie.
My main focus in dentistry is forming trust with my patients and providing trauma-informed dental care.
Thus, my healthcare philosophy is: "Trust is everything."
I chose dentistry to help anxious patients find a provider they could trust and feel comfortable within the dental chair while practicing painless dentistry.
I married my high school sweetheart in 2014 and continue to enjoy the loving company of my wife. We have two cats, Theo and Oliver. They are both brothers from the same litter.
When I’m not in the office, I stay committed to keeping up with the most current academic literature in dentistry.
I subscribe to:
I love to read. I read just about anything, though I prefer to read about history, biographies, science fiction, and spy novels. To further my dental education, I take as many continuing education courses as I can.
I have served my community by partaking in faith-based dental missions and volunteer organizations. Besides devoting a large chunk of time to dentistry, I still remember to keep in mind what’s important to me: mywife and my family.
When I’m not practicing or learning about dentistry, you can find me in a library reading, on the range shooting competition matches, reloading, working out, flying rc planes/drones, or playing my guitar.
